  > In 2005 the radical right set their sight on our families once again. Their attacks on our families were broad in scope and affected huge groups of non-LGBTQ people in the process—a big mistake. 15 anti-family bills were filed in 7 states; we are proud to say that Family Pride pushed back! We defeated every single measure.

  > At Family Pride’s urging, LGBTQ-headed families attended the White House Easter Egg Roll of 2006 and 2007 en masse. Our message of family equality was clear, our families were introduced to millions, and our children had fun. Family Pride and our families were seen on major national television stations and programs including:
