Oct. 14, 2004 -- LOS ANGELES – The Family Pride Coalition is pleased to announce it has received a $50,000 donation fro Growing Generations, the nation's largest surrogacy and egg donation firm serving the gay and lesbian community.
“We are thrilled to receive such a substantial donation from a gay- and lesbian-owned company, particularly one whose work is so focused on creating and supporting LGBT-headed families,” said Aimee Gelnaw , executive director of the Family Pride Coalition , the only national non-profit organization exclusively dedicated to securing equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender parents and their families. “We have a wonderful history with Growing Generations, and we are honored to have their generous financial support.”
Growing Generations is a full-service surrogacy and egg donation agency that is dedicated to assisting members of the gay and lesbian community in the creation of their families. Founded in 1996, the agency has assisted more than 500 clients from 17 countries and has assisted with the births of 300 children.
