Dear Friend,
On behalf of Family Pride and our supporters, thank you for your participation in the Family Poetry Contest. We received so many heartwarming and touching poems from our families from all across the country. Narrowing the contest down to ten finalists was no small feat. After careful consideration, Family Pride friends and supporters voted for these five winners!
Now that the winners have been selected, we're putting together a book with all the poetry that was submitted to us in the contest. Stay tuned in the coming weeks, as you won't want to miss it!
Thank you to everyone who participated in this contest, and a special thank you to our sponsors for making this contest possible. And a big congratulations to the winning poets!
Best,

Jennifer Chrisler
Executive Director
A very special thanks to the

And the winners are...
First Place
Kim, Karrie, Parker & Savy
Love is invisible, yet impossible to hide
I see its reflection in my lover's eyes.
It is the laughter, the thoughts behind my smile
It's the sound of my kid's footsteps which make it all worthwhile
Since love is invisible, it may be hard to find.
But once you do you realize this...
Love is divine.

If you would like to know what love is,
We hold the skeleton key.
