> Creating Access :: Whether we are struggling to find affordable ways to create and protect our families or we are challenged by the need to include, communicate and listen to one another more effectively, LGBTQ-headed families need access. Our organizational philosophy continually drives us to more thoughtfully and thoroughly think about, talk about and develop strategies to build inclusive and lasting access.

• Access to affordable ways of building families (donor insemination, adoption, surrogacy, etc.)
• Access to and for communities of color (both within our movement and externally)
• Access to and for families of all economic backgrounds (both within our movement and externally)
• Access to critical social safety nets like medical leave and health insurance for ourselves and our children
• Access to the resources of the greater LGBTQ community
