• We are demanding access for our children to critical familial benefits, such as survivor benefits, child support and custody options through both a litigation and legislative strategy.
• Family Pride is committed to changing, amending and introducing laws at the national, state and local levels, effectively breaking down barriers to our families’ health and well-being. We are working side by side with groups across the country to establish full state and federal access to adoption, foster care, second-parent adoption, blended families rights, birth certificate rights and marriage equality.
