Host a house party—it’s easy! When you host a house party, you’ll:

• educate people in your community about family equality,
• encourage community members to join the fight for equality by joining our organization,
• help us raise the funds we need to secure equality and
• network with LGBTQ parents and allies in your community.

> the basics ::

• Who :: Invite people in your community—family, friends, coworkers, people from your place of worship, neighbors—and ask them to bring partners/spouses and friends!
• What :: A fabulous time to be social, educate and build the movement.
• When :: Any time—just contact us and we’ll help you get ready!
• Where :: Your house, your apartment, or your community center!
• Why :: Research shows that the more LGBTQ parents people know, the more likely they are to oppose anti-family legislation. Get active and be visible!
