		<description>I can't imagine how conflicted Mary Cheney must feel to have a father holding a prominent position and endorsing the ideals of a party that built its popularity on anti-homosexual rhetoric. I'm sympathetic but I can't help but feel she's being disingenuous when she insists her child should not be politicised. Like you said she doesn't have to look far to see who helped to create the current situation.
